PanOncology Trials was founded with the purpose of providing access to clinical trials for cancer patients in Puerto Rico, offering the possibility of improving their cancer treatment and quality of life. PanOncology began as a stand-alone site within a hospital, using paper-based processes to manage their trials and patient data.

For over 10 years, TrueBlue has been utilizing RealTime’s integrated eClinical solutions to manage and streamline their clinical trial processes. As an organization, TrueBlue has already experienced incredible growth, including an acquisition and rebrand in 2022, and looks forward to continuing the expansion of their research capabilities and facilities.

Before adopting RealTime’s comprehensive eClinical solutions, CHR encountered several challenges using multiple systems from different vendors related to fragmented systems and workflows. Reporting delays were a significant issue, as pulling reports from multiple systems required downloading separate data sets, reconciling them, and aligning information due to inconsistent naming conventions.

Before partnering with RealTime, UniSC was grappling with huge piles of paper and operational inefficiencies that made it difficult to smoothly conduct multi-site decentralized trials for the rapidly expanding network. Using RealTime’s eSource, they were able to enforce protocol compliance, centralize source documents, eliminate paper workflows and reduce time on administrative tasks with streamlined workflows.

Helios is a rapidly growing organization aiming to regularly add and onboard new sites. Unfortunately, their method for feasibility and other key processes have historically been site-based and lacked a cohesive, centralized plan. Additionally, their trial pipeline was highly individualized making it difficult for leadership to analyze, obscuring any potential trends and making processes hard to scale.

Before partnering with RealTime, Revival Research was running five clinical research sites in two states. As risks to scaling their remote operations became evident, Revival decided to adopt RealTime’s integrated suite of Site Operations Management Solutions (SOMS). After implementation, Revival was able to successfully grow and now manages 18 sites in four states and plans to expand even more in the coming years.

Tekton Research wanted to enable full remote monitoring and needed to be able to upload, manage, and share source documents with monitors and sponsors without redacting sensitive patient health information.

Velocity implemented the RealTime-Devana, previously PROPEL, software starting in March 2019 to centralize and automate workflows across the business development, feasibility, and all study start-up functions.

MUSC had hundreds of study opportunities to consider for feasibility to determine which were a therapeutic fit based on physician investigator and staff experience and availability, but their Feasibility Analysis Team lacked transparency into historic and currently running clinical trials to gauge past trial success and current investigator bandwidth.

Coastal Pediatric Research outlined what they wanted an eRegulatory system to provide, which included 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, a user-friendly interface, regulatory binder structure flexibility, the elimination of duplicate work, the ability to streamline signatures, and an integration with their clinical trial management system (CTMS). After seeing a demo, Coastal Pediatric Research was confident the RealTime-Complion eRegulatory solution would meet all their requirements.
