This month, we are featuring one of our outstanding CTMS Product Specialists, Rob Edwards.
Rob joined RealTime in March of 2021 as a Success Team Specialist. He was quickly promoted to a Product Specialist in May, where he helps to apply the voice of our customers into new software developments that will lead to future enhancements within RealTime-CTMS. A typical day for Rob includes software validation testing, UX analysis, and customer support!

What do you do for fun outside of the office?
I play video games, scuba, spear fish, boat, play guitar, watch television, and PLAY WITH MY DAUGHTER!!!

“Let the Bodies Hit the Floor.” Just kidding. . . but I really do it.
