(participant portal + eConsent), we’ve introduced cutting-edge product updates, all designed to enhance user experiences within the system. And best of all, many of these updates came directly from our valued users! We appreciate the insights, suggestions, and collaboration from our customers. Their input has been instrumental in shaping RealTime into a solution that not only meets but exceeds expectations. This year has been marked by standout stories, like that of the University of the Sunshine Coast. Featured in our RealTime-eSource case study, they exemplify the transformative impact of replacing paper-based systems with eSOURCE technology. Moreover, leveraging RealTime-eSOURCE, their team notably increased the number of visits and studies per coordinator, resulting in substantial revenue growth.
Similarly, Revival Research embraced RealTime-SOMS, a total eClinical bundle solution. Their decision led to a remarkable 500% increase in revenue. Giving Back
A standout highlight from our year in review is our recent donation to the Oliver Patch Project (OPP), serving as a powerful testament to our unwavering support and belief that together, we can make a difference. The OPP is dedicated to bringing hope and joy to children facing pediatric cancer. The non-profit has introduced a free, fun, engaging platform where children, teens, and their families can connect through unique patches, crafted by artists and designers, made exclusively for them. This mission deeply resonates with RealTime’s commitment to making a positive impact beyond the realm of technology. Special thanks to our friends at the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS) for consistently spotlighting the OPP throughout the year.
