It has relationships with 275 Principal Investigators and connects to 8.5 million+ patients.
The Challenge
A highly respected and top-performing site organization was challenged by the inability to accurately measure turnaround times without cumbersome spreadsheets. This was made particularly complex given its 14 locations and 54 investigative sites, spread across the mid-Atlantic region of the U.S.
The additional goal of drastically reducing study start-up timelines was also put into place by the leadership team.
The Solution
After finding a solution that met the scope of their needs and could scale as they grew, the Accellacare leadership team committed to adopting RealTime-Devana, previously PROPEL, organization-wide.
The Results
Within six months, the sponsor/CRO feasibility request turnaround time average was reduced from six days to four days. Further, sponsor/CRO contract received to fully-executed time was cut from an average of 90 days to just 22 days, a 76% reduction in time.
