We’re preparing to roll out Dash Solutions as our new SitePay payment partner, bringing better support, smoother workflows, and less admin burden. And you’re first in line to experience it.
What You Need to Know Before Enabling Dash Solutions for SitePay
Before requesting activation, please ensure your site has enough Hyperwallet cards on hand to support any remaining participants through the transition.
Once Dash is enabled, card orders placed in CTMS will default to Dash cards. Here are a few critical reminders to help you plan:
Tip: Encourage your current participants to use their remaining Hyperwallet balances before switching.
- Hyperwallet card balances will not transfer to Dash cards.
- Encourage current Hyperwallet cardholders to deplete funds through purchases, ATM withdrawals, or bank transfers before replacing Hyperwallet cards with Dash cards.
- Hyperwallet replacement cards must come from your site; they are not shipped directly to participants.
- Once a participant receives a Dash card, they cannot be reassigned a Hyperwallet card. However, you can still replace Hyperwallet cards with other Hyperwallet cards until you fully transition.
- If your site has a large inventory of Hyperwallet cards, you may wish to delay your Dash transition until that inventory is reduced.
- We recommend keeping a small stock of Hyperwallet cards for lost, stolen, or expired cards.
- Encourage all current Hyperwallet cardholders to register at www.paylution.com/realtimepay to help them manage their account and prepare for the change.
- After Dash is enabled, RealTime will not be able to assist with Hyperwallet card replacements.
