Norma leads RealTime’s Product Health team, which serves as the connective tissue between Support, QA, Engineering, and Product, while owning the end-to-end health of our platform. This team plays a pivotal role in ensuring issues are clearly defined, trends are identified early, releases are well-supported, and customer-impacting problems are resolved with long-term solutions, not temporary fixes.
